Questions Commonly Asked About Sessions

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:14

Q: How much time is allotted to sessions?

A: Time varies, as shoots are each unique, but the usual amount of time is about 30 - 1 hour and 15 minutes (excluding weddings)

Q: Is there any required down payment to reserve a session?

A: Yes, as I have to mark off that day off my calendar and make it unavailable to other potential clients, I do require a 50% reservation fee that is non-refundable.

Q: Do you give tips or ideas on how to dress for a shoot?

A: I absolutely can! I always give a few tips to my clients, but if you need more ideas or help on what to wear, just let me know and I'll help!

Q: When is the best time for a shoot?

A: The best time to shoot is the 'golden hour', which is when you get those gorgeous, backlit photos with a soft, more even and golden look. It's the time of day most flattering to all skin tones and coloring. It's my personal favorite time to shoot and I always try my best to schedule sessions at that time.
